This was a unique opportunity for women scientists from Brazil and the US that work in the area of geology, chemistry and materials science to learn about each other and share experiences as women scientists in their countries. Organized by COACh, it was sponsored by the US NSF and Brazilian CAPES and held at the AAAS Annual Meeting in Boston Ma.
