COACh assists departments and institutions in building an inclusive culture that enhances creativity and project success.
It is a great program and I hope that it will continue in the future because the skills that are being taught are very valuable for women's careers.
COACh workshops planted seeds that have grown in my professional life. It has increased my awareness of issues in negotiation and meetings that I now can manage.
